What are your rates? Do they vary by locations?
Our rates are the same regardless of location with the exception of The Terrace.
A half day (5 hours) reservation is $750. A full day reservation (8 Hours) is $1200. If you’d like to add additional time to a half or full day reservation, we charge $175/hour. Overtime hours after 9 PM is $250 per hour.

How many people can be accommodated in the space?
Our Livermore location is in downtown Livermore and has an open space with no patio design.The space can accommodate up to 65 reception style or seat up to 40 with existing furnishings.
Our Pleasanton location is in downtown Pleasanton. The space is unique as there is a main space, 2 small rooms, a prep space, a sink, a lobby sitting room and an outdoor patio. The Pleasanton location can accommodate up to 45 reception style inside the premise. Our outdoor patio can accommodate an additional 15 individuals.

Is there a cleaning fee?
We add an $150 cleaning fee regardless of reservation length.
What is included in the cleaning fee?
Our cleaning fee does not include discarding of catering generated waste, personal belonging or discarding items. We require our clients to clear and remove any items they bring into the space and return the space as found. Any oversized catering generated waste must be disposed outside of premise or by hired caterer. This includes but not limited to aluminum trays, Styrofoam, disposable platters, etc.
Our cleaning crew is limited to cleaning the premise to deep clean & sanitize the location.

Are there any additional fees?
We add additional fees in the event of damage of property or defacing of the physical space. We will also increase the cleaning fee if there is additional work for the cleaning crew such as disposal of foods left inside premise. Please note that most additional damage free starts at $300.
Are taxes included?
Taxes are included in the price of your reservation.
Does the reservation include food and beverages?
Your reservation does not include food and beverage. We encourage you to bring in your own food and beverage or go with one of our highly recommended caterers.
Do you allow alcohol on the premise?
We allow beer and wine. Please do not bring hard liquor on the premise as this is against our business license and will result in removal of party from our place of business. Owner reserves the right to inspect premise.
I would like to have my event catered. Do you have a list of local vendors you work with?
We work with all caterers. We can provide a list of highly recommended vendors we have worked with in the past. We also allow most food trucks who are fully insured and can provide us with a COI.
Do you allow pets on the premise?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on premise. We can provide referrals to pet sitters in the
area who may be able to care for your fur baby. Service dogs with appropriate paperwork are
welcome.

Can I place decorations in the space?
Most decorations are allowed. If you need to affix items to the walls, please use painter's or
gaffer's tape to prevent paint removal. Please avoid using the 3M adhesive removal tap and
duct tape as these items can remove the paint on the wall. Peeled paint will be a $150 minimum
charge (separate from the cleaning fee).
We ask that you do not use loose glitter, sand, confetti, rice or similar items as this is difficult to
remove. If these items are found, there may be an additional cleaning fee added in addition to
the cleaning fee.

Both premises include a private single restroom within the space, a small fridge good for
beverages and small items, a mounted TV and Bluetooth speaker for your use.

Is there a private parking lot?
There is ample parking in the shared lot. Once capacity is reached, there is street parking
available.
