    Jul 22, 2020 - Aug 12, 2020 : 9:30 am - 11:30 am

This is a 4 week youth camp focused on managing “big feelings” and mental wellness. Sessions run by licensed child psychologist Rachelle Zemlok PsyD. Each class will focus on new skills that have been proven to help kids better manage their emotions (ex. deep breathing, mindfulness, emotional expression through dialogue and art). Classes will build on prior weeks and by week 4 kids will have a more developed sense of being able to identify and cope with their emotions. Child and family will go into the school year with concrete ideas on what their child can do in the moment to manage their feelings. This will be done in a kid friendly way that will include hands on activities and will encourage their artistic skills and expression.

Camp Fee: $189 for 4 weeks
